Free Calls:  This offer includes free calls to standard landlines and mobile phones in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the US, and are subject to our fair-and-reasonable-use policy. You pay for all calls to all other countries and special numbers at our “then-current” per-minute rates, which can be found here, and are updated from time-to-time due to exchange rate fluctuations and as our buying power changes. Calls to Australian 1300 numbers are excluded from the free call plan, and you will be charged the standard shared-cost service per-minute rate to call 1300 numbers from a mobile phone.

Free SMS. SMS is available to customers in Australia, Canada, and the United States. It’s free to receive SMS messages from any country. It’s free to send SMS messages to mobile phones in Australia, Canada, and the United States, subject to our fair-and-reasonable-use policy. You pay for all SMS to all other countries.

Contract Term and Cancellation: Minimum contract term is 12 months and auto-renews. You can cancel your contract at any time after 6 months by paying out 33% of your remaining contract value, provided that your account balance is up to date.
