Spoke Cloud
Choose the Spoke Cloud if you:
- Don't want to build anything on Twilio
- Have simple phone system needs
- Will have between 5 and 500 users on Spoke
Twilio Cloud
If you meet any of these, choose the Twilio Cloud:
- Have/use Twilio Flex
- Want to build on Twilio
- Will buy Spoke from Twilio
- Have an IT Team or SI Partner that implements and manages key internal systems
